Wild Garlic / Sremush
Latin name: Allium ursinum
Sremush is a wild species from the onion family. It is used worldwide for culinary and medicinal purposes. It is an autochthonous species in Serbia. This is both a medicinal and an edible plant, therefore it has nutritional value. It mainly grows in swamp forests and grows before trees, so it gives the air a special aroma.
Sremush, wild garlic as many call it, is a perfect cleanser of blood, bile and liver, from toxins accumulated in the body during the winter. Biochemists claim that sremush is even healthier than garlic.
We dry it in our own dryers that we own.
